At Dover Saddlery, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund or exchange within one year of the purchase date with proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Locate the return form included with your original shipment or print a new one from our website to specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse clothing and equipment are clean and free of debris.
Affix Shipping Label
Use the pre-addressed SmartLabel found on your packing slip for a flat fee, or choose your own preferred carrier to ship the package back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
